Can’t wait to come back
+ I will 100% come back! What made it so special was the staff! Everyone made us feel great, especially Drisdey in entertainment with her positive energy averyday!! Stephanie and Sarai at the pool also were Amazing!! Without them , it’s just a building.

Dreams Natura staff was amazing
+ Veronica, Jaime, and Miguel from the kitchen and entertainment staff were amazing and super attentive.

Very big and beautiful place would definitely recommend and would plan coming back!
+ Great experience , my kids are having an amazing time dancing , playing volleyball and also let’s of arts and crafts and to top Drisdey had the kids and people very entertained she’s amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Family vacation for 9 days
+ Family vacation.. we stay here for 9 days. Had a good time. Kids Corzone its great . Dresdey and Veronica were very friendly and always smiling. Only down side, kids 13 and under can only use corazone for 2 ours a day. 1-2 pm and 6-7pm Night shows were ok. Nothing special Bartenders not very friendly. Food is great. Drinks are ok. Beach full of seaweed, even tho they cleaned everyday.. the water its dark brown all the time. Hotel need some maintenance. Our hotel room was missing bathroom door. Found several toilets clogged because water pressure on toilets its not strong enough to flush. You need to press down several times on some toilets in order to flush
