  + The house was beautiful and the pool was very nice and clean. The owner took time to show us around . The rooms were wel decorated with good beds .

  + This the perfect property for a large group-it had everything we needed. We were well taken care of, as the staff was amazing -very accommodating. we arranged very last minute for a tour and they had it all sorted by the time we got to the place. if you’re ever in Tulum -this is the place.

  + Mega comfy, washer dryer all included, nice pool. The cafe nextdoor is amazing

  – The curtains are very bad, all the light comes trough them. The location is not great if you want to have a more active holiday, but you know that upfront. Everything is 10-20minute walk.

  Our stay was wonderful. Great staff and location. Property manager is really helpful and provides great recommendations!

  + The manager was very quick to reply to any issues. We loved the overall setup.
