Exceptional - one of the best places we have ever stayed
+ Everything was exceptional. The most luxurious place we have ever stayed - our villa was immaculate and worked perfectly with our 9-month-old baby with its private pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and always went above and beyond, including playing with our baby girl and helping to make our wedding anniversary extra special. The food was delicious and good value - from the broad range of breakfast options to the in-room dining service. We cannot wait to go back one day!

Dream villa in a beautiful resort
+ Wow. What an exceptional resort experience. They have thought of everything, down to the tiniest detail. The villas are amazing. So much space, massive private pool. Big comfy beds. Giant hot tub. The facilities are excellent. Lovely communal pool that is a bit of a suntrap but there's plenty of sunbeds with shade to keep you cool. Gym also very good. Spa is fantastic but you will pay a lot more here than anywhere else. They operate a shuttle service to their exclusive beach area which is well worth a visit. Gorgeous beach, you won't find better elsewhere. But the most outstanding thing is the hospitality. The staff are all so warm and welcoming. The reception team and the restaurant team who were brilliant with our little one. Would love to return some day!
– We liked everything, but I think they'd get more pick-up in the spa and restaurant if they ran special offers for guests.

Magical place to stay!
+ We were there as a couple and from the moment we arrived we truly felt welcome. The location looks fantastic and made a lasting impression. After the welcome ritual we checked in and were escorted to our villa which was superb. This is what a luxury stay should be like and it really ticked all the boxes. And if that wasn't enough, the staff made it a perfect stay. Always ready to help with a personal touch, it is like everyone of the staff knows your name. We had an issue with a noisy neighbour in the first night which they handled like true professionals. Before coming here we thought we would go to Bali only once, but this stay truly made us change our minds. Special thanks to Wawan who truly went the extra mile! I would recommend Amarterra Villas Resort to everyone looking for something magical....
