When am I charged?
When you click pay, your booking is confirmed and charged immediately (or per the payment schedule shown for your rate). You see the exact total before confirming.
Can I cancel my booking?
Every rate shows its own cancellation policy before you pay. Free-cancellation rates are fully refundable until the stated deadline, and you can cancel online from your account in a couple of clicks — no phone call needed.
Who appears on my bank statement?
Your stay is charged by our travel supplier, Nuitée Travel Limited (LiteAPI) — so their name may appear on your statement instead of SplashVillas. Same booking, nothing to worry about.
When do I get my confirmation?
Instantly. As soon as the payment is accepted you receive an email with your reservation reference and the property’s confirmation code, and the booking appears in your account.
Is the pool really private?
Yes — that’s the whole point of SplashVillas. Every villa we list has a pool or jacuzzi reserved for your accommodation only, and we check rates one by one to keep shared-pool stays out.
What if the property can’t honour my booking?
If a confirmation can’t be issued — for example the villa became unavailable between search and payment — we tell you right away, refund every cent charged, and help you find an equivalent villa.
