    Perfect stay in Tulum, especially for stays longer than a week

    + Exceptional concierge services by Chabely Staff were very accommodating and daily cleaning service was perfect Facilities were spotless and beach areas were maintained very well (lots of Instagrammable moments!) Fully stocked kitchen gave us the flexibility to decide to occasionally dine in Dependable internet for work-ations

    – No onsite laundry or laundry service (we were here for 3 weeks, so it would have been nice)

    + very nice. right on beach, and street with plenty things to do walking distance. private pools on property, nice roof top beach view great area to watch sunset or do breakfast. rooms were great, no Central A/C and make sure you close windows at night !!! felt safe with security at night on property

    – NO CENTRAL A/C SO VILLA IS HOT depending on time of year, but rooms have their own A/C adjustable units as a hotel room would
