  A spacious, well-located villa with a fantastic pool and a wonderful staff — perfect for groups!

  + Excellent location, just a 15-minute walk from the Hotel Zone and venues like Coco Bongo. The staff was outstanding — special mention to Ana, who even speaks Italian! We were a group of 5 and everything worked perfectly. The shared pool is an absolute gem, and the villa is very spacious and functional.

  – The villa is not particularly elegant or stylish in terms of décor, but it’s clean, spacious, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

  + Superbe villa avec piscine! Emplacement parfait ,petit restaurant juste à côté 2 minutes à pied et un petit magasin ou il y a de tout en nourriture, villa très très proche sans insectes, la personne qui nous a reçu et le gardien de nuit et de jour très sympathique, plusieurs plages magnifiques à 15 minutes à pied, quelques taxi qui stationnent à côté de la villa ce qui est très pratique, nous avons fait quelques barbecues a côté de la pool house devant un cadre exceptionnel , 4 chambres spacieuses avec chacune sa propre salle de bain et toilettes,, terrasse tres agréable vu sur le lac dans une ambiance très calme .

  + La villa était magnifique. Idéalement située entre Cancun centre et cancun zone hôtelière. A distance du bruit du quartier touristique assez bruyant, mais sympa pour aller manger ou faire du shopping. Propreté 10/10. Sécurité 10/10, merci à Xavier qui gardait nos nuits et nous permettait de dormir sur nos 2 oreilles. Parking sécurisé pour votre voiture. On y trouve une machine à laver et un séchoir. Le calme, la configuration de l'endroit nous a donné l'impression d'être toujours seuls dans la propriété. La piscine était incroyable et bien nécessaire le soir quand nous rentrions des différentes excursions, arrassés de soleil mexicain Le jardin est entretenu chaque jour et le personnel d'entretien est super aimable et souriant. La vue sur le lac, magnifique pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Présence d'1 gomart à 5 minutes et d'1 resto mexicain et sushi excellent ( le meilleur ceviche de ma vie)+ cocktails dingues au Mr Taco Possibilité d'aller faire ses courses à pied ( 20 min) au Selecto. Juste en face de la plage publique la plus proche :Caracol....eau magnifique et places à l'ombre quand le soleil tappe trop.... Bref, des vacances formidables. Je recommande à 100% Le seul bémol à Cancun, et c'est indépendant du lieu de villégiature, est le manque d'accès aux plages qui sont presque toutes privatisées par les gros hôtels mastodontes....mais présence de quelques plages publiques dont un petit bijou appelé playa isla blanc....osez aller jusqu'au bout du chemin et vous découvrirez le paradis Bon voyage, profitez de cette parfaite location à votre tour
