+ The property is beautiful and layed out in Kata area. The problem is my wife and I purchased a villa in Rawai and were looking for a place to call home while our villa was being upgraded. We ran into a few complications and because we payed in full for the week, the property held us to a NO REFUND policy for the few days of an emergency. We could have been long time guests of the Malisa, but will never visit again, nor recommend it. We have been to 89 countries and will call Rawai Thailand or 4th home. BUT NEVER THE MALISA VILLA

+ Very nice updated room. Spacious and clean. Lots of restaurants near the villa. Easy to get food. Walkable to the beach. Perfect area that we dont have to go anywhere esle in transport. Second time here and definitely will come back again.
