Why a specialist?
Generalists like Airbnb or Booking surface millions of stays. Filtering down to "villa with a pool, hand-checked, multilingual, with the pool type you actually want" is painful. We do that filtering once, for every destination — and surface the result.
How it works
Our live inventory and secure payment are powered by our travel-tech partner LiteAPI/Nuitée. You complete the entire booking on SplashVillas — pick your dates, enter guest details and pay — and receive an instant confirmation. We are the booking platform; we never hand you off to another site.
The founder
SplashVillas is built by Dimitri Kopriwa, a French software engineer with some fifteen years spent building demanding web products, based in Budapest (Kopaxgroup Kft.). The idea was born from a familiar irritation: booking a “villa with pool”, flying across the world, and finding a pool shared with the whole resort. He decided to point an engineer's obsession with detail at that single promise — which is why every pool here is verified, one villa at a time.
His promise is personal: every villa on this site has passed a verification he designed himself, and in these early days he answers the first guests directly. Write in — you'll get the founder, not a ticket queue.
